Franchise Business Consultant – Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION
Rosati’s Pizza is seeking a full-time Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to support and coach franchise owners while driving operational excellence, brand compliance, and profitability across the system. This integral role serves as a trusted partner to Owners and Operators for up to 50 stores, providing hands-on guidance, accountability, and data-driven insights to improve performance and guest experience.
What You’ll Do
Act as the primary operational support for assigned Rosati’s Pizza franchise locations
Build strong relationships with Owners and Operators while holding them accountable to brand standards, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and operational reviews focused on food quality, service, cleanliness, and compliance
Analyze, manage and report key performance metrics including sales, labor, food cost, and delivery performance
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
Support implementation of new initiatives, LTOs, systems, and tools
Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure consistent execution of promotions and programs
Assist with training and development of franchise owners, managers, and store teams
Communicate system updates and best practices clearly and consistently
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in restaurant operations, franchise support, or multi-unit management
Strong understanding of P&L management, labor controls, and food cost optimization
Proven ability to coach, influence, and drive accountability
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using data and reports to guide decisions
Located in the Chicagoland area, and able to travel regularly within assigned territories and the corporate office in Schaumburg, IL
Pizza, QSR, or franchise experience strongly preferred
