Rosati’s U is a new training program designed specifically to get you managing and owning your own franchise quickly. With hard work and commitment to excellence, our graduates on average earn up to six figures annually.
Train for the Future
Owning your own Rosati’s means you’ll be part of the family, so we’ll provide training that teaches you everything there is to know about our history, quality products, and how to keep your store running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll work with experienced mentors who have built careers inside the Rosati’s organization, learning all the skills you’ll need to be successful.
Become a Manager
Becoming a manager isn’t easy, but with some help from your Sponsor, you’ll work through our Management Curriculum and learn everything there is to know about running a Rosati’s store. After basic Training, you’ll learn how to do everything there is to do at a Rosati’s: from rolling dough, to planning your inventory, to winning marketing battles, we’ll equip you with the knowledge you need to not only run a store, but become a successful business owner.

Rosati’s U graduates aren’t just pizza experts, they’re business experts. So when the time comes for a new Rosati’s Franchise to open, we offer our graduates special financing so we’ll build out your new Rosati’s for you. You’ll not only be a manager, you’ll be a business owner, and it won’t cost you anything except determination and commitment.
How it works
5 Weeks of mandatory paid training in facility, working all aspects of the business from dough prep, to sauce, to register.
In those 2 years, every 12 weeks the student will learn a different aspect of the Franchise business from their mentor. Each course will have a 6 week training period, followed by a 6 week management / evaluation period, followed by an exam.
After completion of the 2-year course work and all 8 certifications have been earned, graduates will be available for ownership opportunities.
