The Kitchen Line/Prep Cooks prepare and cook a variety of pastas, entrees, salads, and sandwiches.
Responsibilities:
- Refer to daily prep list at the start of each shift for assigned duties
- Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
- Ensure quality of all menu items
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Restaurant Kitchen experience required
- Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights & weekends

Responsibilities:
- Assemble assigned delivery orders
- Map out assigned delivery route
- Deliver orders in a timely yet safe manner
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly helpful and efficient manner
- Accept payment and make change
- During slow times: perform side work; basic food prep; fold boxes; light cleaning
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 and over with a valid Drivers License
- Meet driving requirements per our insurance company’s standards
- Must maintain valid license plate, sticker and insurance I.D. card verifying at least state minimum required limits
- Car must be clean, safe and well maintained
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Punctual
- Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights & weekends

The Assistant Manager position plays a key role in the back of the house operation of our fast-paced pizzeria which includes but not limited to:

- Opening and/or closing restaurant

- Coordinating Delivery Drivers

- Manage and order store inventory

Qualifications:
