Getting Started

Your information will be held strictly confidential and will be used only to determine preliminary qualifications to purchase a franchise. Your application is non-binding and does not obligate you or Rosati’s Franchise and Development, LLC. Preferred geographic areas listed on your application will be evaluated at this time.

You will be invited to visit us at our corporate office for a “Discovery Day”. You will meet with various staff members and will be given our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular {U.F.O.C.}. A tour of one of our stores will be arranged and there will be ample time for you to observe, ask questions, participate in the operation and get the general feeling of a Rosati’s Pizza Franchise. This visit is designed for you to learn more about our company, observe our operation, and decide if this opportunity is right for you.

It is important for you to know that a Rosati’s Pizza Franchise is not granted solely on financial qualifications. The decision to award a franchise is based on numerous factors conducive to a mutually beneficial business endeavor. If you qualify as a good candidate and you agree to pursue this opportunity, a franchise will then be granted to you.

The initial franchise fee of $25,000 is due at the time the contract is signed. Your training will be scheduled and you will receive your Operations Manual and all other pertinent materials.

As outlined on pages 3 and 4 in this brochure, our comprehensive training system will guide you from the initial planning stages of your store to opening day.
